The Packhouse total liability for any claim, howsoever, arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by The Packhouse to the customer, together with any postage costs incurred. The Packhouse shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. The Packhouse cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on this website.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website. Customers' statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
Description of products
Every care has been taken to describe and portray all products shown on this website accurately using current technology, but slight variations in actual goods may occur. We attempt to update the website as often as is necessary, however, there is always the possibility that the information shown may not reflect the exact details and price of the item / stock availability at the exact moment you place an order. If an incorrect price is shown it is not required that we honour this price. If you see any price you believe to be incorrect, please contact us on mailorder@packhouse.com so we can verify it for you.
Non fulfilment of order
It will not be possible to fulfil the order if the product you have ordered is out of stock; we fail to obtain authorisation for your payment; or there is a pricing or product description error which causes concern. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website.
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by The Packhouse team either by email or by phone.
Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order includes the price of the products ordered plus delivery.
To be eligible to legally purchase products on this website you must register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information; be over 18 years of age; state a delivery address in the United Kingdom. PO Box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable; possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
By attempting to purchase a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to, your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We may refuse to process a transaction or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold.

When you shop with The Packhouse, there are different ways we collect information about you. When you register with us, we ask for information such as your name, e-mail address, delivery address, contact details and if you place an order, your credit card details. We record this information as it is necessary for us to recognise you as a registered customer in order to fulfil the orders you place with us. We may, unless you advise us otherwise, pass this information to our couriers or other agents in case they need to contact you to arrange the processing or delivery of your order.
We may also use this information in the future to update you by post or email about our latest offers, products, services and web developments. If you would rather not receive this information, please send an email to unsubscribe@packhouse.com. Please ensure that you notify us of your preference for each e-mail address account given to us.
We do occasionally make names and addresses (but never email addresses) available to companies whose products we think may interest you, unless you have told us not to. If you do not wish to receive such offers please email us at mailingoptout@packhouse.com. We do not pass on credit card details to anyone. If you decide you do not wish to be contacted at all by The Packhouse then please email letmego@packhouse.com. If you do this then we will no longer send you any information including Sales information before anyone else.
