2.37m x 3.77m The Summerhouse is open to view everyday of the week during normal opening hours. No appointment needed.

6 person max. Ideal for workshops, meeting, training or pop up shops. Please note: You will need public liability insurance.

A small heater for the winter, plug sockets and openable windows and doors.

Small patio with room for a small gazebo to shelter from the sun or rain. Please feel free to bring your own gazebo.

You are welcome to display a mannequin or leaflets at the till point & in the takeaway cafe on the day of your visit.

Personal 4G wifi will be needed from your own personal phone. Please note we advertise as a cashless site.

For you and your clients. Main car park gates open at 9.30am for loading in. Please then remove your car to the overflow car park.

You are welcome to leave stock/gazebo up overnight if you book a string of consecutive days. Please note - this is at your own risk.

You can collect the key from the main desk in store from 9.45am. All rubbish must be removed and the Old Summerhouse left as you found it - thank you.
