ANNOUNCEMENT February 2024:
"It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of our beloved Santa who visited The Packhouse in Farnham each Christmas. He was a really lovely man who brought joy to so many families while raising money for charity - we will all miss his kind and generous spirit.
We have decided, therefore, that we will no longer host our annual Santa visits at The Packhouse; it just would not feel right without him. We know many of you looked forward to seeing his smiling face each year and we share in your disappointment, but hope you understand our decision.
We want to thank our Santa for the many years of magical memories he provided to children and families in our community, he was one-of-a-kind! May his spirit carry on and continue to inspire kindness and generosity, especially during the festive season.
Our deepest condolences go out to his family and loved ones.
He will be remembered fondly and missed greatly."
