From 9.45am at the shop front desk

Load in
The main car park open at 9.30am. You can park next to the disabled bay why you unload.
​
Free Parking
For you and your clients.
Please then remove your car to the overflow car park after load in.

Gazebo
There is space for a gazebo on the patio area outside and we highly recommend you bring one whatever the weather.
Leaflet Display
Please display leaflets at the main till point.

No Wifi
Personal 4G wifi will be needed from your own personal phone.
​
Photos
Please tag us in your event advertisement and anything shared on the day.​

After
Closing
The site must be vacated 30mins before store closure.
Tidy up
All rubbish must be removed and the Old Summerhouse left as you found it - thank you.

Sign out
Please sign out at the front desk when leaving.
Lockable Space
You are welcome to leave stock/gazebo up overnight if you book a string of consecutive days.

Refunds/Transfers for a full refund cancellations must be done a month in advance, after this time partial refunds or booking date transfers may be available at the discretion of the management
