From Antiques to Soft Furnishings, wall art to Furniture.
WORRY-FREE CUSTOMER SERVICE
You are responsible for merchandising and replenishing your area. Including pricing up and labelling your stock.
There is no need to staff your area like a traditional shop: as we provide the staff and process payments for your items through our front till.

Simply email us with a brief introduction to your business, along with photos of your products and links to your website or social media (if applicable).
Pitches are available on a minimum three-month contract, with rental prices depending on the size and location of the space.
Every application is carefully reviewed to ensure it complements our existing mix of independent traders. As we receive a high volume of enquiries, we'll be in touch as soon as possible if a suitable opportunity becomes available.
How many traders are at The Packhouse?
The Packhouse is home to over 60 independent traders, offering everything from vintage furniture and home interiors to fashion, gifts, antiques and artisan products. New stock arrives daily, so every visit is different.
Do I need to staff my own pitch?
No. You are responsible for merchandising and replenishing your space, but our team handles all customer service and processes every sale through our staffed tills.
How much does it cost?
Pitch prices range from £50 to £1,050 per month depending on the size and location of the space. We'll discuss the most suitable options during your trader tour.
