Rent A Visiting Trader Space

Pop-up Shop's

To complement our 60 + Permanent in-house traders we also rent out

three non permanent trader spaces on a daily basis. You will need to staff the space in order to take payment and have your own public liability insurance.

Rent starts at just £15 a day for retail spaces.

For events, workshops, private parties and other opportunities, we have our Summer House and our Palm House Restaurant available to hire.

Sale of goods/services is subject to approval and may be refused without explanation, The Packhouse reserve the right to modify, improve and move our Pop-Up Spaces to a suitable alternative if required. Full T&C's available here

View

You can view the space during normal opening hours. No appointment needed.

Public Liability Insurance.

Must be uploaded before you book.

Book

Use our online booking system to view calendar to check availability and book online.

Payments

You will need Personal 4G wifi on your phone and a mobile payment system to be able to take card payments. Please note: we advertise as a cashless site.

Social Media

Follow #packhousefarnham on any social media platform. Tag us in your event advertisement in the run up to your booking.

From 9.35am at the shop front desk

Load in

The main car park open at 9.30am.

YOU CANNOT ACCESS THE SITE EARLY.

Free Parking

For you and your clients.
Please then remove your car to the overflow car park after load in.

No Wifi

Personal 4G wifi will be needed from your own personal phone.

Health & Safety

No canvasing away from pitch, no alcohol/cigarettes to be consumed by staff, please do not block walkways or leave your pitch unattended.

Please do not spread out beyond your pitch

After

Closing

The site must be vacated 30mins before store closure.

Tidy up

All rubbish must be removed and the space left as you found it - thank you.

Sign out

Please sign out at the front desk when leaving.

Photos

Please tag us in your event advertisement and anything shared on the day.

Lockable Space

You are welcome to leave stock up overnight if you book a string of consecutive days.

Please note: this is at your own risk.

Refunds/Transfers for a full refund cancellations must be done a month in advance, after this time partial refunds or booking date transfers may be available at the discretion of the management
