YOU CANNOT ACCESS THE SITE EARLY.

For you and your clients.
Please then remove your car to the overflow car park after load in.
No Wifi
Personal 4G wifi will be needed from your own personal phone.
Health & Safety
No canvasing away from pitch, no alcohol/cigarettes to be consumed by staff, please do not block walkways or leave your pitch unattended.
Please do not spread out beyond your pitch

After
Closing
The site must be vacated 30mins before store closure.
Tidy up
All rubbish must be removed and the space left as you found it - thank you.
Sign out
Please sign out at the front desk when leaving.
Photos
Please tag us in your event advertisement and anything shared on the day.
Lockable Space - Summerhouse only
You are welcome to leave stock up overnight if you book a string of consecutive days.
Please note: this is at your own risk.
Refunds/Transfers for a full refund cancellations must be done a month in advance, after this time partial refunds or booking date transfers may be available at the discretion of the management
