FREE Half Term Fun @ Packhouse

Free Farm Experience at The Packhouse

On Wednesday 29th May, Mill Cottage Farm is coming to The Packhouse to run a free experience for your children. A range of animals will be at the experience for your children to have fun with, including:

• Small pigs/piglets
• Sheep (and lambs if available)
• Goats (and kids if available)
• Chickens, turkeys, ducks
• Chicks (can be chicken or turkey chicks, or ducklings)
• Rabbit, Guinea Pigs, Dog (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel)
• Alpacas and Donkeys (if available)

There will be a small shop with a selection of pocket money toys for your children to purchase. Both Bears Restaurant and The Packhouse will be open on the day, so you are free to browse the shop while your children enjoy the experience - and have some lunch at Bears should you wish (children's menu available).

The event is free with no charge for parking. The event will run in half-hourly sessions with 20 children per session, simply book your children in for a designated time and make sure to bring the tickets (sent via e-email) with you on the day.

Health & Safety

• There are two qualified adults running the event, both DBS checked
• All necessary animals are subject to DEFRA regulations
• There will be secure fencing around the experience area
• There will be a large gazebo in the event of poor weather conditions
• There will be hand washing facilities, with running water and soap
• Please make sure to get in touch if your child has any allergies or special needs
