Sustainability at The Packhouse
The Packhouse has always believed that beautiful things deserve a second life. At the heart of what we do is a love of quality furniture, vintage pieces, antiques and pre-loved finds – items with character, craftsmanship and a story to tell. Rather than being replaced, many of these pieces can be enjoyed for years to come, finding a new home and a new purpose.
Our collection of reclaimed and repurposed furniture is a natural extension of this ethos, from reclaimed timber furniture to pieces that have been creatively transformed and given a new lease of life.

We also think about the small choices we can make as a business and encourage our visitors to do the same. For our special events, we charge for a car ticket rather than an individual ticket, encouraging visitors to share a car where possible. We also have plenty of free parking for everyday visits and are within walking distance of Runfold, with local bus connections nearby.
When you shop with us, we offer paper shopping bags for 25p, while our own branded jute shoppers and reusable tote bags provide a longer-lasting alternative that you can bring back time and time again.
For us, sustainability isn't about being perfect. It's about valuing what already exists, choosing quality over throwaway, supporting independent businesses and making more considered choices wherever we can.

The Packhouse Store is located on the outskirts of Farnham in the Surrey Hills. Away from the town centre we have free parking onsite and a Restaurant and Cafe.
