The Packhouse is no run-of-the-mill shopping experience, nor is it just another antiques emporium. Rather, its dozens of small, independent businesses (more than 60 of them in all) offer a unique series of treasure-packed Aladdin’s caves for anyone looking for inspiration for anything from gifts to jewellery to homeware. The eclectic pieces on offer have all been painstakingly sourced from around the world.
Shop online or visit us in person – we’re based at Runfold, just outside Farnham. The Packhouse, a Grade II-listed structure, is spread over multiple floors in a gorgeous former hop kiln that’s 400 years old. The traders occupy our upper storeys, whose many delightful trading spaces have been lovingly restored and maintained.
Our customers come here for the experience as much as for the shopping itself. We very much see ourselves as a destination venue. And you can make a day of it by combining your retail therapy with breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea at our on-site restaurant The Palm House, with its range of tasty dishes and botanical, art deco-inspired interior.
Alternatively, enjoy refreshments from our coffee café, in one of our garden pods. (You could even think about ordering one of these garden pods for yourself.)
Parking is free and we’re open seven days a week.

Expect an inviting atmosphere and staff who know about what they’re selling and who will take time to discuss your choices with you.

Our traders scour everywhere they can think of for incredible vintage and antique treasures. Make time to browse, whether you’re after fashion accessories or anything else.
Furniture
Our traders search far and wide for the perfect pieces for your home, so that you can find characterful, solid-wood antiques or upcycled vintage items which have been hand-painted for a contemporary residence.
Gifts
Especially if the person you’re buying for already seems to have everything, finding that perfect present can present a real challenge. At The Packhouse, you can check out an array of birthday cards, pre-wrapped pamper and novelty cards, alongside affordable original art. Whatever you choose, you’ll be giving the gift of luxury.
Frankly, if you can’t find the ideal gift here, you’d probably struggle to find it anywhere. However, if you’re really stuck you can also go for a gift voucher and let the person decide for themselves. (Actually, this could be the ideal choice for someone who has just moved home or as a wedding gift.)

There’s plenty of choice here for those items which add a dash of the luxury to the everyday – from fresh fruit juice to locally produced honey and hand-poured candles.
