Submit a Data Request Form

Use this page to request a copy of the data we may have stored about you.

 

Please note that it can take up to 28 days for a request to be submitted. If you have any questions, please e-mail privacy@packhouse.com

Step 1 - Your request

Please ensure you have read our Privacy Policy before filling out this form so that you are aware of your rights about your data. This form is the only way to file a data request, so please do not attempt to contact Customer Services if you would like a copy of your data.

Data files will include your  contact details, activities, orders, invoices and other info.

All your information such as your Contact info, Activity, Invoices, Order History, Bookings and any other information relating to our site. Please note that we will not delete any records of transactions you have made as this is required for documenting and tax purposes.
