Pop-up Shops We offer flexible temporary rental spaces available for daily hire — perfect for one-off events or recurring bookings. Located along the walkway from the main car park to the shop entrance: Welcome Pop-up 2 – from £20 per day Located beside the restaurant: The Summerhouse – from £40 per day Browse photos and view internal measurements for each space below. You can also upload your Public Liability Insurance and complete your booking online. Internal Space - 2m x 2m The space is empty so you can bring your own tables & displays. Heating & Light A small heater for the winter, plug sockets and open doors. Location Straight outside is the main walk way to the main till for The Packhouse Store. No awning or gazebo area. The Summerhouse Ideal for workshops or larger pop up shops Internal Space - 2.37m x 3.77m Workshops- 6 person max. One Large table inside. Heating & Light A small heater for the winter, plug sockets, windows and doors. Patio Area - 3m x 3m Feel free to bring a gazebo Location Outside The Palm House restaurant and side door to The Packhouse Timings 1 Day Hire Monday - Saturday Load in from 9.35am 10am - 5.00pm Sunday + Bank Holidays (closed Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day) Load in from 9.35am 10am-4.00pm After the week end Friday is our busiest day for footfall. Payments You will need Personal 4G wifi on your phone and a mobile payment system to be able to take card payments. Please note: we advertise as a cashless site. Terms & Conditions You will need to staff the space in order to take payment and have your own public liability insurance. YOU CANNOT ACCESS THE SITE EARLY. Free Parking For you and your clients. Please remove your car to the overflow car park after load in. No Wifi Personal 4G wifi will be needed from your own personal phone. Health & Safety No canvasing away from pitch, no alcohol/cigarettes to be consumed by staff, please do not block walkways or leave your pitch unattended. Please do not spread out beyond your pitch 2 After Closing The site must be vacated 30mins before store closure. The Car park is locked when store closes. Tidy up All rubbish must be removed and the space left as you found it - thank you. Sign out Please sign out at the front desk when leaving. Photos Please tag us in your event advertisement and anything shared on the day. Lockable Space - Summerhouse only You are welcome to leave stock up overnight if you book a string of consecutive days. Please note: this is at your own risk.
